Very solid song. Good lyrics, good flow save a few stutters that sound like they're meant but they're kind of distracting. You've got a fairly strong voice and Namie has quite the voice too...just can't quite understand what she says in the chorus. I think you could have done with another stronger vocal layer to bring out the lyrics.
The rap vocals seem a bit too compressed or something though. Sounds like someone applied reverb then compression...I may be wrong but reverse that order and it won't sound so "mix-tapey" if that makes any sense.
